Every human goes through a process of identity formation, which is most intense during the adolescent years. So it shouldn't be a surprise that God has something to say about this. The scriptures contain a robust vision for who we are and who we are becoming in Christ. Parents, pastors and volunteers then have a wonderful opportunity to draw students into this vision that God has for their lives and how it connects with their own personal journey.

Our motivations and methodologies for doing youth ministry can often be confused by many things. Together we'll explore a strategic, biblical direction for long term fruitfulness.

For decades the church has divided itself up according to age and affinity which has had unintended consequences for the Body of Christ. The Intergenerational Church is one that values the connection between and contribution of all generations. Together we will explore the theological, cultural and practical ramifications of this pressing issue including both how we got here and what strategies might move us forward.

Let's be honest. Calendars, budgets and the like are not why we got into ministry. Yet we cannot hide from them or deny the power they hold over our effectiveness as leaders. Let's have an honest conversation about why effective, long range calendaring is a must in today's busy culture.
