Rev. Augie Bau has served on the staff of MMBB (a church pension board) since 1990. He has a unique combination of ministry and business experiences. Augie received a BS from UC Berkeley in 1979, an MBA from UC Berkeley in 1987, and an MDiv from PSR in 1990. He is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and he loves to help people with basic financial planning.

Rev. Augie is an ordained Baptist minister. His ministry experiences include directing a Salvation Army youth center, pastoring a new Asian American church, and serving as a street minister in the Haight Ashbury. Augie's preaching experiences have ranged from an evangelistic sermon on the corner of Powell & Market in SF to Allen Temple Baptist Church in Oakland.

In his free time, Augie plays full court basketball in the newly incorporated God First Sports (G1 Sports) league. This ministry reaches over 150 adults with the Gospel throughout the Bay Area. Amazingly, his teams won the championships in Spring 2019 and Summer 2019. He has pictures of his multicultural teams.
