2019 Workshop

Men's Ministry: Men Discipling Men (Leading Men through Small Groups)

This workshop will walk through several ways in which we can strategically disciple men and lead the small groups in our communities. It will first cover how to lead and train men to build personal relationships with others, creating an organic culture of men that are doers of God's Word and are making disciples through small groups.

Second, in this workshop we will learn the importance of providing a safe place for growing, healing and sharpening one another in Christ.

Last, we will discuss how to use the opportunities given to us through our leading and facilitation of small groups to equip men to have an impact in their families, churches, communities, and in the world for Jesus Christ.
