"ASK ME" VOLUNTEER INSTRUCTIONS
YOUR DUTIES FOR THE CONVENTION ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Report to the Information Center in the Redwood Chapel Lobby to pick up your "ASK ME" button and assignment.

  1. Please wear your "ASK ME" button while you are on duty at the convention, remembering to return it to the Information Center when you are ready to leave.
  2. Report to the area to which you have been assigned.
  3. ACQUAINT YOURSELF WITH THE LAY-OUT OF THE ROOMS AT YOUR LOCATION so that you will be easily able to answer people's questions. Also be sure you know where the restrooms are located. There is a map of the facilities in the convention program.
  4. If you are assigned to an open area and the weather is bad, station yourself in the nearest area of shelter.
  5. Stay available in your designated area so that you are visible to those who have questions. Also be aware of persons who look as though they need help and ask to be of assistance. Remain in your area until workshops have been in session for approximately 15 min. and most people are settled. Then you may leave and attend a workshop or general session yourself! However, if you are on duty for additional workshop times, be sure to be back in your designated area at the scheduled time.
