Sandi Padilla is a worship leader; singer-songwriter and vocal coach whose passion is helping people discover and develop their God-given abilities. Having developed a unique discipleship program called “Artist Discovery” Sandi has been launching new artists in ministry for over 10 years. Many of her students have gone on to rewarding careers ranging from singing opera at the MET in New York to recording and performing throughout the United States. Her involvement in the music industry ranges from managing artists and working in recording studios to performing on stage with artists like Sarah Kelly and Darlene Zschech. She enjoys helping lead women in worship and plays with the all women worship band “Tapestry” based out the Bay Area. Sandi enjoys facilitating workshops at conferences and churches throughout the region such as the Thrive Conference @ Bayside and The Worship Conference @ William Jessup University. Sandi leads worship regularly with her husband Steve who is the Worship Arts Pastor at Sunrise Community Church in Fair Oaks, CA.
