2015 Workshops

Christian Education: The Power of Leadership Authority

3/6/2015

This workshop examines the role and responsibility of leaders. There is a process to becoming a, real, leader with power, and authority. People are not born leaders, they are born with the capacity to be a leader. If it is underdeveloped, not developed, or promoted too soon within an organization; it will result in poor leadership character, practices and behaviors.

The Fruit of the Spirit are keys to leading with power and authority. We will review the fruit and the responsibility as leaders to live them out. God's Word is the example of leadership. His precepts are the guidelines for interacting with people.

We will examine and filter out POWER and what it is and isn't, and how it is developed.

We will examine and filter out LEADERSHIP and what it is and isn't, and how you receive it.

We will examine and filter out AUTHORITY and what it is and isn't, and who gives it to you.

This workshop will challenge one's character, leadership style, behavior, and their role as a leader. This workshop will provide confirmation on leadership successes that can celebrated. It will spotlight leadership pitfalls; grace is provided to make adjustments to move forward as today's leaders of power and authority.
