Port Wilburn is first a servant of God, a husband of 21 years married to Marshelle to which they have been blessed to have five beautiful children. serves as an active church planter and pastor of Rock Harbor Christian Fellowship, a restart church plant in city of San Pablo in the SF Bay Area. He is known as a Kingdom Networker and is a Church Catalyst Missionary. Port is a networking partner in God’s work in not only in the Bay Area but has network connections all across North America. He is the founder of a Church Planters network of 15 new Church plants called GoPlant Initiative. As such, he is committed to starting new churches and growing existing church communities of faith for Christ for the sole purpose of enabling people to come to know Christ and grow in Him. GoPlant works to Assess, Develop and Deploy Gospel centered Church Planters into their God given context for ministry.

Evangelism & Outreach: Biblical Church Planting 101


This course will give you the theological foundations and missiological principles that will inform your plans and ground your work for church planting. You will gain practical instruction on planting churches in a densely diverse and post-Christendom world. We will discuss and investigate the connection between urban church planting and world evangelization, missioional movements, church growth and leadership development. Our goal is to Assess Develop and Deploy you in your calling.

Marriage & Families: Fortifying Godly Families in a Tolerant Culture


Missional Families: Your presenters; Port and Marshelle Wilburn, they have not just built a home they have a Fortified Family. We live in troubling and difficult times, unlike what has been experienced in any other time in life. Is your house fortified to handle these troubling and difficult times in which we live? This session is designed with the Family in mind. Households, marriages and children that are not just built to stand, but are FORTIFIED to endure and even transcend the tests and trials of this life.
