2014 Workshops

Worship Arts: Transitioning Worship for Today’s Church

Finding yourself caught up in the "Worship War" of generations, culture, music, traditional practices vs. contemporary preferences? This workshop will give you the “how-to’s” in the area of transitioning your ministry to be inclusive of all genres and generations. Biblical references will be given along with practical ideas of including all and excluding none.

Worship Arts: Effective Worship That Leads to Effective Discipleship

The Bible says that “we worship God in Spirit and In Truth” and that “we shall know the truth and the truth shall set us free.” Come and learn why is it that often times our corporate worship does not transcend into our private lives. Why is that congregants are encouraged to worship freely yet live in private bondage. Perhaps it is the way we Pastorally and Musically present worship?

Pastors: Overcoming Resistance to Change

Ministry direction and change is something that we all must encounter and is unavoidable. However “Resistance” to that change is also unavoidable. As leaders, let’s look at practical and biblical reasons why people can be hesitant to change and cautious to “jump on board” especially in the area of ministry direction.
