The Future of the BASS Convention

In spite of the many COVID pandemic health restrictions and limitations of the last year, BASS was able to host its first ever virtual church workers' convention on March 5 & 6 of 2021. And what a convention it was! Nearly 2,500 individuals registered for the six Zoom workshops or logged on to the two YouTube General Sessions. In addition to the many Bay Area attendees, we also had folks from several other states and others as far away as the United Kingdom join in as participants. We were encouraged with the spirited corporate worship time led by Peter Neumman and his team before the General Session speakers. Our speakers, Ron Harden and H. C. Charles, challenged all who participated. You can help us by completing a short survey.

The BASS Executive Board met on May 13th and decided to put the 2022 BASS Convention on hold to conduct a strategic refresh and rebuild our core leadership team. Additional volunteers are needed to assist in the many tasks required in the planning and execution process - whether for an in-person gathering or a virtual convention.
