Glenn Packiam
Glenn Packiam is an Executive Pastor at New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he oversees Spiritual Formation and serves as the teaching pastor for NewLifeSundayNight. Glenn is the author of Lucky: How the Kingdom Comes to Unlikely People (David C. Cook, 2011), Secondhand Jesus: Trading Rumors of God for a Firsthand Faith (David C. Cook, 2009), and Butterfly in Brazil: How Your Life Can Make a World of Difference (Tyndale, 2007).
Glenn was also one of the founding leaders and songwriters for the Desperation Band and has been featured on several Desperation Band and NewLife Worship recordings. Glenn released his debut solo album, Rumors and Revelations, with Integrity Music. Glenn has written a few well-loved worship songs like "Your Name", "Everyone (Praises)", and "My Savior Lives."
What all this means is that Glenn talks with a lot of people, plays a lot of music, and drinks a lot of coffee. And all of that makes for a wonderful life. Glenn, his wife, Holly, their two daughters, Sophia and Norah, and their son, Jonas, are enjoying life in the shadow of the mighty Rocky Mountains.

Brian Haynes
Brian serves as Senior Pastor of Bay Area First Baptist Church in League City, Texas.
Brian is the creator of the Legacy Milestones strategy designed to inseparably link church and home to equip the generations. He is married to his high school sweetheart Angela and they have three daughters, Hailey, Madelyn, and Eden.
Brian is a graduate of Baylor University, Southwestern Seminary, and Liberty Theological Seminary where he earned a Doctor of Ministry for his work in discipleship and family ministry
Brian describes himself as a husband and a father struggling to raise Biblically literate Christ-followers in a postmodern culture and a pastor trying to help others do the same.
He is the author of the book, Shift: What it Takes to Finally Reach Families Today as well as a contributor to Collaborate: Family+Church edited by Michael Chanley. Brian is a family ministry contributor for Children’s Ministry Magazine and a speaker on the issues of church, family, and the next generation.

Bishop Sherwood Carthen
Bishop Carthen (born September 1959), in addition to his work as the senior pastor of Bayside of South Sacramento, is also the founder and director of the Our Family Community Foundation, specializing in wellness, wholeness, and faith. He is active nationally in such causes as tobacco education and substance abuse prevention, and in the Sacramento community’s Martin Luther King Jr. celebration. He is also chaplain for the National Basketball Association’s Sacramento Kings.
Bishop Carthen received a degree in theology and an honorary D.Div. in the field of interdenominational service from the Mount Zion Institute and Bible Seminary. Bishop Carthen is very active as a community leader all around metropolitan Sacramento and joined several other African-American religious leaders in support of California's Proposition 8, which bans gay marriage.
He hails from the business community where he worked in management for the California Department of Motor Vehicles. He holds numerous degrees and honors. Due to his strong charismatic presence and dedication to the Lord, Bishop receives numerous requests to speak around the country at men’s conferences and retreats.
